Paternal Ancestry:

Based on paternal roots, one of the direct paternal ancestors of the Order of Diplomacy President / CEO was the great Magat Salamat, a Philippine hero in 16th century of Malay ancestry. Magat Salamat's father was Lakandula, a well-known valiant Philippine hero. When the Spaniards invaded the kingdom of Lakandula in old Tondo, Manila, the children of Magat Salamat together with their relatives and affinities left the old kingdom and sailed to the northern part of Luzon, Philippines. They passed Manila Bay and then these ancestors reached the pristine seashore of Sta. Cruz, Paombong, Bulacan, Philippines where they lived and intermarried the serene natives of the tropical place. The early Salamats embraced Roman Catholicism, but because of their absolute respect to Magat Salamat, they promised not to remove Salamat from their names so that the Salamat family would live generations to generations and the future generations would remember the great noble ancestor.

The great-great-great grandfather of the Order of Diplomacy President / CEO was Juan Salamat who married the beautiful native of Paombong, Bulacan, Philippines Lucresia Pahate. The late Juan Salamat revealed to his granddaughter Leoncia Salamat, the Order of Diplomacy President / CEO's direct great-great grandaunt that his ancestor was a great Moslem warrior leader of noble lineage. The hardworking farmer son of the late Juan Salamat was Pedro Pahate Salamat who had two sons and two daughters. His second son was named Jose Calayag Salamat who was around six feet in height, fair-skinned, handsome and generous. Jose married the white-skinned, petite yet attractive Felicisima De Leon Jumaquio of Calizon, Paombong, Bulacan, Philippines.

Felicisima De Leon Jumaquio's father was Prudencio Jumaquio, Japanese by blood and one of the pioneers in vinegar making, the famed Sukang Paombong in the province. Prudencio's wife Prudencia Suertefelipe De Leon was of Filipino-Chinese-Spanish-Malay ancestry and was a prominent merchant during her lifetime.

Jose and Felicisima had 17 children in all. One of their children was Reynaldo Sr. a hardworking carpenter who married a distant relative Juliana Marasigan Jumaquio of Spanish-Japanese-Chinese-Spanish-Malay ancestry. Juliana was a pious lady and a devoted teacher. Reynaldo Sr. and Juliana had three children namely Reynaldo Jr., Corazon and Arsenia. Reynaldo Jr. was the late father of the Order of Diplomacy President / CEO.

In Paombong, Bulacan, Philippines, the Order of Diplomacy President / CEO's paternal hometown where his prominent relatives the De Leons, the Suertefelipes, the Jumaquios, the Pahates, the Marasigans, the Villanuevas, the Ramoses and the Salamats live.

In the line of alkalde mayors in Paombong, Bulacan, and the elder Salamats who lived in the 17th century proved their remarkable style of prominent servant leadership in leading the peaceful and predominantly Roman Catholic municipality. This remarkable style of leadership continuously lives on up to the present generation not just in Paombong, Bulacan, but also in various places as well.

Maternal Ancestry:

The maternal ancestry of the Order of Diplomacy President / CEO is of mixed nobility. His beautiful mother Her Grace Estela Socorro Sauza Dela Cruz is a royal princess by blood and belongs to the royal house of Maranao Sultanate and an Iranon by tribe and Tiruray by blood.

Estela's late father His Grace Regino "Nene" Ortuoste Dela Cruz Jr. whose Dela Cruz ancestors, leaders of the Christian Reconquest of Spain from the Moslems were first found in Castille, Spain. The late His Grace Regino "Nene" Ortuoste Dela Cruz Jr. was a royal prince who was been the Chief of Police of Kidapawan and the former President of Rotary Club of Kidapawan East in North Cotabato, Philippines.

Regino Jr. married the posh yet sporty beauty queen Dolores "Dolly" Embrado Sauza of Filipino-Chinese-Malay-Spanish ancestry in Kidapawan, North Cotabato. The amorous and well-respected couple was blessed with six beautiful children namely Ma. Luz, Oscar, Virgilio Angelo, Estela Socorro and Ana Dolores.

Dolly's doting father was the Filipino-American Don Demetrio Mendoza Sauza, a prominent merchant in the Philippines particularly in Rizal Province, in Bacolod and in Mindanao. He was a ship maker in his time and one of his wives was the religious Señora Criselda "Sedang" Alison Embrado from Carcar, Cebu, Philippines.

Señora "Sedang" was one of the illustrious merchants and was one of the pioneer immigrants of Kidapawan, North Cotabato, Philippines was back in the early 1940's. Señora Sedang was the head campaign manager in North Cotabato of the 10th President of the Republic of the Philippines, the late Ferdinand Edralin Marcos.

In the family tree of Señora Sedang, she was the only daughter and the youngest in the brood of five namely Don Pedro, Don Julian, Don Faustino and Don Pastor. Her father was Don Ricardo Del Rosario Embrado, an illustrious merchant and matador in the old public market of Carcar, Cebu, Philippines while her mother was Doña Dolores Cui Alison. She was a devout lady like her mother who always prayed the Holy Rosary in Latin.

Señora Sedang, a chic fair-skinned chinky-eyed petite lady with curly long hair and the best friend of the former First Lady of the Philippines Leonila Dimataga Garcia, the wife of the Philippine President Carlos P. Garcia. She left Carcar within the first two decades of the 20th century and went to Mindanao. She died in June 2000 at the age of one hundred years and four months. In her deathbed, she was seen and prayed by her direct great-great grandchildren holding her Holy Rosary and reciting it in Latin.

On the other hand, Don Demetrio Mendoza Sauza originally came from Marikina, Rizal, Philippines. His ancestors the elder Sauzas were first found in Galicia, a region in northwestern Spain with a unique blend of cultural and linguistic heritage.

Moreover, the mother of Regino Jr. was Her Highness Princess Jacinta Delos Santos Ortuoste, a beautiful princess of Lanao del Sur, Philippines who married Don Regino Joaquin Felix Dela Cruz Sr., a pharmacist from Tacloban. Leyte, Philippines.

Based on the Felix Genealogy, the maternal ancestors of Don Regino Joaquin Felix Dela Cruz Sr. primarily originated from Europe. The original Felixes were anciently seated and were first found in Sussex, a county in Southeastern England and a kingdom of the Anglo-Saxon heptarchy in Southeastern England. Then, they later branched to Kent, an ancient kingdom in Southeastern Great Britain and now a county in Southeastern England when Hammo Felix, one of the elder ancestors held estates in the year 1229.

Some of the first Felix settlers were recorded from the mid 17th century during the great migration from Europe. Migrants settled in the eastern seaboard from New Foundland, to Maine, to Virginia, the Carolinas and to the islands. One of these islands was the Philippines where the maternal ancestor of Don Regino Joaquin Felix Dela Cruz Sr. lived and intermarried a native from Tacloban, Leyte, Philippines.

The Felix history has been located in the archives of the Historical Research Center and this renowned resource has authenticated the information that Felix is a surname, which was found primarily in Spain, in Germany and in Holland. In the History of Maranao Sultanate, His Highness Datu Ignacio Ortuoste, the husband of Her Highness Basilia Delos Santos Ortuoste and the first Governor of Cotabato and the Great Datu of Cotabato was the father of Her Highness Princess Jacinta and the direct great-great maternal grandfather of the Order of Diplomacy President / CEO.

In the late years of the 19th century, the Jesuits in the old Ateneo educated the young His Highness Datu Ignacio during the Old Spanish Manila. A very valiant young man and married three women who were sisters and who bore him many children. As a sign of profound respect, the people of Cotabato, the progressive city of Maguindanao named a street after the great Datu.

The President / CEO Himself:

The Order of Diplomacy President / CEO was born with a noble birth on 07 October 1977 in St. Joseph's Hospital in Kidapawan, North Cotabato, Republic of the Philippines few minutes before noon.

It was the first Friday of the month and at the same time the Feast Day of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary. He was baptized in a Roman Catholic rite with a Moslem and Hebrew names Amir Nasser in December 1977 at San Pedro Cathedral, Davao City, Philippines. His first name Amir means "a Moslem prince, a lord or nobleman" is the Moslem name of his Uncle Oscar, his mother's elder brother while his other name Nasser means "victorious" was given to him by his uncle Nelvin Austria, one of the sons of Sultan Omar of Kidapawan City, North Cotabato, Philippines. That is why his names mean "victorious prince".

At home, his nickname is Mherkx (mhёrks). He derived it from Amir. He has another nickname which is popularly known by his friends and that is Zippy that means "energetic, full of life, optimistic and zestful". It really suits his personality and direction for his life.

In the summer of 2004, he chose the Germanic name "Humphrey" to be his new name. Humphrey means "protector of the home" and eventually in 2006, he personally chose Humphrey Jason Anthony to be his pen name, screen name and even to be his first name. Humphrey Jason Anthony means "protector of the home, healer and priceless". Jason came from Envoy Jason Dujali Martin, OD, his best friend from Panabo City Central Chapter, Philippines while Anthony came from Herald Anthony De Lara Africa, OD, his best friend from Davao City Central Chapter, Philippines.

Being the eldest child out of the six children of Mr. Reynaldo Jumaquio Salamat, Jr., a former seminarian of the Immaculate Concepcion Seminary in Bulacan, Philippines and the former Personnel Plant Manager of an American multi-international company Franklin Baker based in Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, Philippines, he ambitioned to be a priest in his younger years. His dear late father really developed the Order of Diplomacy President / CEO's vocation by introducing to him the Roman Catholic faith through prayers, and good attitudes. His dear late father offered him to God and prayed to God to be a priest.

His father was assassinated in front of their home in Toril, Davao City, Philippines on the eve of his mother's 29th birthday on 08 January 1985. It was the most tragic moment of his life loosing a very dear, religious, hardworking, loving and responsible father.

He is now one of the sons of Vietnam was veteran and pilot Thomas Michael J. Maroney, the present husband of her mom who is now a nurse. His family now lives at the majestic and colorful county of Winlock, Washington, USA.

Because of his intelligence, leadership, character and personality, he became an Ambassador of Goodwill for the youth in Davao City. He also joined modeling for Club Penn'95 of Penshoppe and modeling for Sara Lee - Davao City in 1995.

The Order of Diplomacy President / CEO was an honor student, a two time champion orator and an active student servant leader during his high school years. He represented Davao City in various regional and Mindanao wide youth-oriented seminars, leadership trainings and fora. He was one of the pioneer youth who joined the politics of the first Sanguniang Kabataan in 1990's.

After high school, he went to Manila to live independently. With his desire to serve the youth, he represented the Philippines for the Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) Youth Day in August 1995 at the Plenary Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center.

In the year 1998, he started studying at Adamson University by taking AB Mass Communication. During his freshman year in Adamson University, he showed great leadership. He became the Class President of his block. In his sophomore year, he became the Executive Sports Director of his academic recognized student organization Adamson University Mass Communication Society (AUMACOMMS) and later became the Over-All-Chairman of all Executive Sports Directors of Adamson University. He led the different academic, socio-civic and religious recognized student organizations of Adamson University through sports. He also organized in-school and out-of-school activities. Because of his good public relations, he was been simultaneously invited to host various programs, activities and projects both inside and outside the campus.

He was once the Student Correspondent of Adamson University for ABS-CBN Issue 101 and for GMA 7 Debate. He was also actively involved himself in various youth conventions, symposia and fora both local and international and he was been a campus VJ. He was the broadcaster disc jockey Marc Spencer of Charm Radio 90.3 of Kidapawan City.

On 15 December 2007, he was elected unanimously as the Order of Diplomacy President / CEO, the youngest so far to hold such highest office.
