Not too sure what you mean. The term "right to life" generally has to do with the abortion debate.

Abortion was not possible in biblical times, and so is not mentioned. There are biblical references to 'killing', eg "Thou shalt not kill". The debate about whether abortion is killing has been going for many years, and will continue for many more.
