Count Adam Stefan Zamoyski (born 11 January 1949) is a historian and a member of the ancient Zamoyski family of Polish nobility.

Zamoyski was born in New York City, but was raised in England and was educated at Downside School and The Queen's College, Oxford. He is a freelance historian and author of over a dozen books, including a history of Poland and an account of Napoleon's invasion of Russia in 1812. He was Chairman of the Management Board of the Princes Czartoryski Foundation from 2008 but was voted out by the Full Foundation's Council on 12 July 2011 and he has nothing more to do with the Foundation. On 16 June 2001 he married the artist Emma Sergeant.
