In this fight, Shell Magick is a great asset here, be sure you
have mastered Remedy Lore, and have a healthy supply of it. Set
your Gambit to Ally:any=Remedy. Healing fast plays an important
role here. Ahriman mostly attacks you with Magick, which damage can
be reduced by Shell, he'll also cast Doom on you, which you should
heal immediately. When around 40% of his HP is drained, he'll start
to use Divide, which splits himself. The replicas have around
700-1,000 HP, and capable of attacking. The real Ahriman will
appear slightly ghostly while the replicas appear solid. You cannot
hurt Ahriman with most Magicks while his replicas are out.
Immediately dispose Ahriman's replica and focus your firepower on
him. He'll also cast Immobilizega from time to time, which can be a
burden if you don't heal in time, since Ahriman likes to cast
Magick. Overall, Doom is your greatest burden while fighting
Ahriman, but if you have enough Remedies, this can be an easy
fight.
Do NOT forget to Steal. With Thief Cuffs you have a decent
chance of getting a Death Powder. You need two of these to make a
Ultima Blade and they are hard to come by.
