Amy Rose Locane (born December 19, 1971, Trenton, New Jersey) is an American actress, born in who starred as one of the original cast on the hit TV series Melrose Place. She played "Sandy", an aspiring actress who waited tables at the show's hangout "Shooters". She left Melrose Place after the first 12 episodes of season one and was replaced by Daphne Zuniga.
She also played a lead role in the film Cry-Baby (1990), starring Johnny Depp, and co-starred in the cult-comedy Bongwater with Luke Wilson and Jack Black, and School Ties with Brendan Fraser, Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. She appeared with Dennis Hopper and Amy Irving in Carried Away.
Personal life
Amy Locane wed Mark Bovenizer, a wine specialist, in May 2008. The two have two daughters: Paige Cricket, born in January 2007, and Avery Hope, born January 2009.[1]
