Annie Penn Hospital (part of the Moses Cone Health System) is a 110-bed acute care hospital that serves Reidsville, North Carolina and the surrounding counties of Rockingham and Caswell. Through its medical staff of more than 50 physicians, Annie Penn Hospital provides a number of specialties including cardiology, gastroenterology, general and orthopedic surgery, nephrology, oncology, and thoracic and general medicine. The not-for-profit hospital also runs a skilled nursing facility and, through a partnership with Morehead Memorial Hospital, operates a handful of student health centers at area high schools. Annie Penn Hospital was founded in 1930 with about 30 beds.
