I think this is an oddly good question. I think the initial responses to photography were that it was a novelty, an advanced sketching tool for artists and a tool for science.

The most honest answer would likely be some anonymous hobbiest but the first photographer that I know of that seemed to work at making art from photography was Julia Cameron from about 1845.

Anonymous is an Collective Idea.

anonymous is realy an idea, anonymous isn't a hacking group.

there are computer hackers, who are joined to the Idea Anonymous, that's all.
