The Electronic Advance Passenger Information System, or eAPIS, allows you to enter or upload passenger and crew manifests online.

Online on their website, click on manage your booking and input your details and it will let you then give advance passenger information. You may be able to do it by phone as well, but i'm not sure. I doubt it.

An operational information system is basically a system that is full of information. A computer in an airport is a good example, because it has all off the information of every flight, every passenger. and all the luggage a passenger brings to the airport.

IBIS stands for Integrated bus information system and is used for the buses route information and destination matrix. On the newer buses a system of IBIS2 is used which controls the passenger information system inside the bus.
