Tarantulas come in almost every conceivable color, from dull brown or black to red, yellow, metallic green or bright blue. It all depends on the species of tarantula. Some of the most visually stunning tarantulas are the Poecilotheria genus (and more specifically, the Poecilotheria metallica) and the Avicularia genus (the Avicularia versicolor has amazing colors!).

First of yes, I have a 3" Lasiodora parahybana and they are grate pets for anyone, I also have a chilean rose and Avicularia Minatrix, if u decide to get another tarantula just don't put them togeather as u know, have fun.
