Definitely anything with using chemicals. You shouldn't get your hair dyed or get your nails done. Also I heard drinking caffeine is not good as well.
2nd Answer:
I agree with no caffeine. Your hair, scalp, and nails will not absorb chemicals or so small an amount as to be harmless.
Taking chemicals is another thing - don't take any medicine by mouth unless your doctor approves it. Alcohol and recreational drugs hurt more unborned babies than anything else. Smoking tobacco or weed is very bad for the unborne baby, too.
Avoid strongly flavored foods like garlic. They aren't so much harmful as they are annoying.
Do take time to talk to your unborne baby. Read to it. It will hear you and learn the rhythms of human speech. Let it listen to classical music frequently. You will need to sit somewhat close to the radio or stereo speakers for this.
Physically, the baby is in a pretty safe place. You can exercise, jog if it's comfortable for you. Routine bumps and impacts to your belly are easily warded off by your touch tummy muscles, and cushioned by all the fluid around the baby.
Do plan on gaining 20 - 25 pounds. Do NOT diet strictly, but keep your weight from balooning out of control with good food (fruits, vegetables, roughage, starches, and a little animal meat.) The baby inside you needs the nutrition and protection from malnutrition. The 20 25 lbs weight gain is essential for the baby's brain and nerve growth and health. You will lose 12- 15 lbs of it, at least, by simply giving birth. After the baby is borne, you must include fat in its diet - that is what is used to create brain and nerve cells, at least up to the age of 3.
