Baristas are experts in the preparation of espresso.

The world's best barista is chosen at the World Barista Championship, which is cosponsored by the Specialty Coffee Association of America and the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe.

The 2007 competition will take place July 29-August 2 in Tokyo.
