Plot

Wayne Thiebaud first gained national and international acclaim in the early 1960s with his food paintings such as Salads, Sandwiches, and Desserts. Thiebaud is generally thought of as belonging to the Pop Art school along with artists such as Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein.
