Beloretsk (Russian: Белоре́цк) is a town in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia, situated on the Belaya River. Population: 71,093 (2002 Census). Geographical coordinates: .
Beloretsk was founded in 1762 as a settlemet around the newly constructed Beloretsk iron works on the Belaya River. Town status was granted in 1923.
