If the wheel is bent; bearing , tie rod end, or steering rack damage can be the result. If it's a rear wheel trailing arm and stub axle damage are high on the list.

First of all, Chevy rocker arms NEVER tighten all the way up.

You probley have push rods BENT on both valves. But it sounds like the camshaft lobes are worn off and the bottom of the lifters are worn out.

Replace bent push rods and cam and lifters.

Typically, "bent" is used as an insult as in "get bent."

The phrase "get bent" means "get bent over," in other words, "screw you."

check both your valve and spark timing
