The Osborne Brothers musical duo consisted of Bobby and Sonny Osborne. Bobby and Sonny were both born in Hyden, Ky., but raised in Dayton, Ohio. The Osborne Brothers were considered one of the more popular bluegrass groups of the post-war era. From the late 1940s and through the 1990s the Osborne Brothers played to countless fans of the Grand Ole Opry as well as bluegrass festivals across the US.
