Brünner Programm

Brünner Programm, a programme of the Austrian Social Democratic Party, drawn up at its congress at Brünn (Brno) in 1899 under the leadership of Viktor Adler. The programme envisaged the transformation of the autocratic dualistic state of Austria-Hungary into a democratic state, which would be divided into autonomous regions based on nationality.
