You can learn to breakdance anywhere, but the best place should be at a dance class or a studio. You can also learn by watching imitating breakdance films, like You Got Served, Honey, Streetdance, Breakdance, Step Up, Step Up 2: The Streets, and Step Up 3D.

Whenever you exercise, you should warm-up by stretching first so you don't injure yourself.

Of course you needs muscles to breakdance, since you need muscles to move. Breakdance focuses on your core, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, and legs.
