No. Bumblebee Hummingbirds are native to Mexico and have been seen in the United States only once in Arizona. In the Midwest, an animal that hovers like a tiny hummingbird and is marked like a bumblebee will be one of the day-flying sphinx moths, also known as hummingbird moths.

You are wrong! There is a bumblebee moth that frequents my garden And here is a website you can copy and paste to see pics of them and information on them.

I also have a pic of one. Here it is. Thought it was a hummingbird at first but, after further research found it to look more like the Bumblebee moth.

It likes to feed on my hummingbird bush and flies like a hummingbird very quick. Easy to mistake it for a hummingbird.
