Busted

Poker Guide: Busted

This term describes when a player loses all their money or chips in a poker game and must leave the table.

SoundPoker Says: In games such as no limit poker, a player may be busted out after a single hand. Whereas in games with limited betting amounts a player may take many hands to completely bust out.

For example, "I went to the casino with $500 and lost it all. Now I am busted."
