Cagayan River
River, northeastern Luzon, Philippines. Flowing north 220 mi (355 km) to the port of Aparri on the Babuyan Channel, it is the longest river in Luzon and is seasonally navigable for much of its course. Its chief tributaries are the Chico, Magat, and Ilagan rivers. Its valley, 50 mi (80 km) wide, is agriculturally important.
