I'm not sure what you mean by "Caribbean." The main languages spoken in tghe Carribean Sea are Spanish (as in Cuba), English (as in Jamaica), and French (as in Haiti). You have already spelled "Monday" in English. The Spanish and French are "lunes" and "lundi."

There is also a Carib (or Cariban) language, spoken by some people on islands of the Caribbean Sea and in the northern part of South America. Whatever the seven days of the week are called in that language were probably adopted from one of the European languages such as Spanish.

Kalinagos spoke a language called 'Cariban'. When the Europeans arrived, they bagan calling the Kalinagos by the name "Carib". They also conveyed the Caribs as warlike and cannibals, which was not the truth. The europeans did that in order to justify the unjust slaughter of the natives of the islands.
