Aside from the balloons, bubble gum, etc., here's some keyboard shortcuts you can use:

emotes:

shift + control + 1

shift + control + 2

shift + control + 3

shift + control + 4

other:

pumpkin head = shift + control + p

change character completely = (you can't change it back) shift + control + 5 (or r)

change skin color = shift + control + s (or to change hair color, h)
