A Duval triangle is an equilateral trinagle used in the
dissolved gas analysis of transformer oil. The ratios of ethylene,
methane, and acetylene are plotted on the sides of the triangle. A
line is then drawn from each point to a common intersection point.
Where that common point falls determines the diagnosis of the
problem.
