I believe the question is; "Do the Clow Cards have real magic?"

The answer is no. They are just pieces of paper that were on an anime TV show.

actually by the end of the second movie there were 53 clow cards

and u can pretty much only get them from eBay

there were 52 clow cards in the clow, clow read also created the Nothing card, this card was never in the clow book, also in episode 70 of Cardcaptor Sakura or Cardcaptors, Sakura Created, from her heart the nameless card. this card represented the love between Sakura and Li. in the final movie the nothing card and the nameless card went together and became the Hope card making 53 clow cards in all
