NO! Black Angus can ONLY be ALL black in order to be deemed
purebred. Also, an animal that is deemed to be Black Angus MUST
have DNA tests done on the animal, the sire and the dam to prove
that it is indeed purebred and not a composite. The animal you are
talking about is a composite breed, which is a result from crossing
Hereford with Angus, or even crossing Angus with a Hereford-Angus
F1 cross.
