Population by U.S. CountyThis information has been obtained from census.gov. The state populations are current with the 2008 American Community Survey estimated populations. The county populations are current with the 2007 American Community Survey estimated populations because that is the latest information available at census.gov per county.

The list is sorted alphabetically by state followed by alphabetically by county for each state. The answer also contains Washington D.C. (as District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico as obtained from census.gov at the bottom.
