Sometimes called the Black Book, the Creative Book sells advertising space on an annual basis and contains approximately 22,000 listings in ten categories. It is distributed throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. The volumes are offered for sale to any interested persons but are sent free to those advertising agencies whose annual billing is at least $6 million.
