Cultural imperialism is essentially imperialism of culture, or imposing a culture on a less powerful civilization. Transnationalism has more to do with the growing interconnectivity of cultures. Globalization is an example of transnationalism.

yes we should be concerned about cultural imperialism,it being a turn around for the cultural holders it leads to the loss of a cultural identity and a transformation in the whole original cltural functions
