boiled potatoes(cut into cubes)

chicken meat(cut into cubes)

Onion,

curry powder to taste

sugar to taste

salt to taste

Method:

*Heat cooking oil and fry onions,then add in chicken then leave it to cook

*then add in curry powder,sugar and salt and mix well

*Add in potato mix well to and leave it aside to let it cool

*fold it in pasty sheet and fry the puff till golden brown
