Leyland Daf began producing commercial vehicles (mostly trucks) in 1983. They continue to operate today however they have lost business to more well known manufacturers.

PACCAR, Inc. On top of Kenworth, they also own Peterbilt, and a Dutch lorry manufacturer known as DAF.
