I can find no evidence that Danazol can provide a false negative to a prognancy test, although the question has been asked by others (with no answer offered). Atempts to reach the manufacturer find that they're in the process of being bought out, and no phone numbers or emails are offered, so they can't comment on this. FDA warns that a course fo danazol can complicate a pregnancy, so if there is a chance the patient is pregnant, danazol should be discontinued. Please note that discontinuing a medicine should only be considered under the advice of your doctor! Well-meant advice from a stranger on the Internet is no substitute for the advice of your real, live, in-person, licensed doctor.
