Daniel Logan

(1936-)

Modern American psychic. Born Daniel Olaschinez on April 24, 1936, in Flushing, New York, he later changed his name after deciding upon an acting career. Then he discovered his psychic ability and gave up acting for a career as a professional psychic; he also wrote and lectured on psychic subjects. Logan successfully forecast the prolonging of the Vietnam war into the 1970s, the race riots of 1967, and, weeks in advance, named the Academy Award winners for 1966, 1967, and 1968. His first public appearance as a psychic was on David Susskind's television show, and he later appeared in an hour-long television special. He is unusual in that his insights have often been verbal rather than visual; he sometimes makes predictions before he is aware of what he is saying.

Daniel Logan (born 6 June 1987) is a Māori actor from New Zealand.

Logan was born in New Zealand. He broke into acting when his amateur rugby union team was scouted for a TV commercial, where he was chosen to play the role of a small child who gets knocked into the mud by Auckland rugby star Michael Jones. Picked up by a casting agent, he began to do more commercials and TV appearances, including a recurring role in episodes of the New Zealand-based medical series "Shortland Street" and a guest appearance in the international series "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys".

Logan is best known for his role as the young Boba Fett in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones; George Lucas has expressed interest in him continuing the role on the upcoming Star Wars live-action TV series.

Incidentally, the role of Boba Fett's father Jango Fett was played by Temuera Morrison, whom Logan had known as a fellow cast-member on the Shortland Street series.
