David Reznik

 

(1923– )

Brazilian-born Israeli architect. He studied with Niemeyer before emigrating in 1949, when he worked with Ze'ev prior to his joining Rau in partnership, with whom he designed several buildings. In 1958 he opened his own office, designing numerous works (e.g. the Engineers' Institute and Journalists' Association, both in Jerusalem, completed 1966). His buildings include the dormitories, Hebrew University, Mount Scopus, the Israeli Embassy, Brasília (1976), and the Jerusalem Centre for Near Eastern Studies (1986).
