The Denel NTW-20 uses a 20x89mm cartridges, while the Denel NTW-20x110 and Croatian RT-20 both use a 20x110mm autocannon cartridge. A prototype 25mm sniping weapon has been developed in the US, but is not currently in service.

In what context? As far as individual weapons go, the South African Denel NTW-20x110 and Croatian RT-20 fire a 20x110mm cannon cartridge. But, you have to bear in mind that the term "gun" can refer to anything from a pistol all the way up to artillery pieces and battleship guns.

The RT-20 and Denel NTW 20x110 both utilise a 20x110mm cannon cartridge. They are the most powerful sniper rifles currently seeing military service, surpassing both the 14.5x115 sniper rifles, and especially surpassing the 12.7mm sniping rifles (such as the Barrett M82/M107, MacMillan Tac50, etc.).
