Dermod O'Connor

O'Connor, Dermod (Darby) (fl. 1720), author of a translation of Geoffrey Keating's Foras Feasa ar Éirinn which appeared in 1723. He was a member of the Dublin circle of Gaelic scholars gathered round Tadhg, Ó Neachtain, and was employed to transcribe Gaelic manuscripts by Anthony Raymond, a Church of Ireland clergyman and antiquarian.
