No you cant. its a safe drug but when i want to get high off dxm which is prob what your trying to do u gotta make sure the only active ingredents are dextromethorphan and guaifenesin doesnt hurt. :) dxm is a fun high im gettin high tonite with my coricidin

If you buy anything with "DM" in the name, it probably already had Dextromethorphan in it. So yes, Guafenesin can be taken with Dextromethorphan but taking too much Dextromethorphan can cause a few undesirable side effects.

It's unlikely that you'll be able to buy Dextromethorphan by itself anyway, it will likely come with Acetametaphin and Phenylephrine or Guafenesin.
