It basically means, your face is made of dough, either because you're a jerk, idiot, or generally clueless.

It could be used in this situation:

"Give me back my hairband!" Said 5 year old Lucy,

"No chance!" Said her twin Brian,

"MUUUUUUUM!" Lucy shouted,

"You're such a doughface, running to mum all the time, it was only a joke," Brian scoffed.

doughface (Southern sympathizer from the North)

A dough face is a northern politician who supported southern positions (1820 to 1860). The term is derogatory and implies the dough face is weak willed and spineless. It was applied mostly to Northern Democrats who broke with their sectional interests. Presidents Pierce and Buchanan were both called dough faces.
