No. The survey phone number prints out on the receipt but not every customer gets one. They print out every so often. Once you get the survey receipt you have to call the number on the receipt then write down a code and bring the receipt in to get your 10% off.

If you look at the very top of the meez page as soon as you log in, there will a little link that says Get Coinz. If you click that, and scroll down, you should see a link where it takes you to the survey page.
