All you do is lick the floor or you can drink toilet water.

Drink water through out but not enough to slow you down also I recommend that you drink a Gatorade type drink to replace electrolytes.

Dont smoke

dont drink coke or drink coke with a straw

dont drink coffe

or put baking soda with your toothpaste and it improves
