A steamed (or boiled) pudding made with flour, eggs, dried fruit and spices, and once widely popular in England and Scotland. The name is a Scottish dialectal variation of the word dough, which was apparently pronounced as rough.

Generic term for a single-headed instrument akin to the Western tambourine, usually with a goatskin membrane and often with rattles or jingles. It is known in the Middle East, Central Asia, southern Europe and parts of Africa, South Asia and Latin America.
