There isn't anything the Dungeon Master has to look at after the
dice are rolled. Many Dungeon Masters use a piece of cardboard
called a Dungeon Master's screen or Dungeon Master's shield to hide
information about the scenario they're running from the players.
This usually has a list of useful tables on the inside, keeping the
Dungeon Master from having to memorize everything or go flipping
through books to find it. Exactly what is on the screen depends on
which version of the game it is for and whether it is a published
product or something the Dungeon Master put together him- or
herself.
