Maybe dyshidrosis

im not a doctor, but the clear stuff is probably white blood cells. You might Try researching Dyshidrosis, it sounds similar to your symptoms

Diaphoresis is profuse sweating, and usually describes an acute condition. Hyperhidrosis is the medical term for the chronic condition of excessive sweating.

Most likely it is scabies. Could also be some sort of allergic reaction, such as hives. (Have you been petting a cat, and are you allergic to cats? Just an example.) See what happens if you take some Benadryl or apply some Caladryl lotion. Unless, of course, you've been exposed to poison ivy or poison oak. (Keep your fingers away from your eyes.)

You might ask your pharmacist for a recommendation. Best of all would be to see a dermatologst (skin doctor).
