through the 'Ego' balancing out the 'Id' and the 'Super Ego'. So to
answer the question directly: Yes, a child has an 'Id' already! It
is only through our morals i.e 'Super Ego' that we learn to control

ID is what you are, your existence, if you like. Your EGO is what
you think you are.
We are all made up of our experience and upbringing (ID) and
also our self perception (EGO).
