Psychiatric therapy, but unfortunately narcissists are so into themselves (selfish, egomaniacal to the point of verbal abuse and sometimes physical abuse) that they feel they don't need help and most seldom will go for treatment.

A typical egomaniacal afro criminal with no regard for rules, laws or common decency. He could have easily tackled his "prey" in textbook fashion but instead chose to go after the head with his own head. Too bad the idiot didn't get a concussion himself as happened in the Philly game.
