Eid prayer is a prayer prayed on the day after Ramadan. It is prayed in congregation at a mosque and is not required.

Friday prayer is compulsory prayer to be performed at the regular noon prayer and replacing it. It is performed weekly.

Eid prayer is Sunnah (not compulsory) to be perfomed after sunrise. It is perfomed twice a year (Eid Al-Fitr and Eid-Aldha)

Eid prayer may be offered by even a few people. No particular number is mentioned. It is better that there should be a large number of people of the locality in the Eid prayer.However, any number of Muslims may offer Eid prayer.

Eid prayer is a congregational prayer and you follow the Imam. So if he makes a mistake the Imam will be doing the sajida sau and you just follow him.
