Everest is clearly the hardest- coincidently it is the only one
I have heard of! Other than that, the others seem easy because they
aren't as high of elevation.

No. The tallest The grampian mountains get is at the Ben, which
is having a height of not more than 1800m. Most of the peaks in the
Himalayas touch the 6000m mark( Easily three times as tall as The
Grampian Mountains ), let alone Everest which is the tallest eight

Wanda Rutkiewicz was 43 years old when she climbed K2. She
reached the top at 10:15 A.M. on the 23rd of June 1986. She was
part of an expedition led by Lilliane and Maurice Barrard both of
whom lost their lives on the descent after having topped out with
Wanda bringing to 13 the number of climbers who died on K2 that
summer. This as well as a harrowing three day descent to base camp
in which she suffered frostbitten hands somewhat marred her
triumph. Wanda died attempting Kangchenjunga in 1992, it would have
been her ninth eight-thousander.
