Plot
Erotikus is a 1973 hardcore gay pornographic feature which is notable for several reasons: it purports to be a documentary of filmed gay erotica, and does in fact include a lot of footage from old "posing strap" reels; it includes hardcore clips from 34 films by Times Films (surely some kind of record), with clips from Fred Halsted's S&M-flavored films; and it is narrated by porn legend Fred Halsted. It also shows some creativity in synchronizing two of the sex scenes with certain well known pop tunes. It was produced in order to exploit previously shot explicit footage that it was believed would soon be restricted due to Supreme Court rulings. ~ Clarke Fountain, RoviCast
