You could use a delivery tube connected to an eudiometer filled
with water. The open end of the eudiometer needs to be underwater.
The amount of displaced water is the amount of gas produced by the
reaction.

The pressure of the gases in the eudiometer tube must equal the
atmospheric pressure. If the water levels are not at he same
height, then this is not the case. Therefore, in order to account
for this difference and get accurate results, you must subtract the
water levels and convert to mmHg.
