The best place to get eye liner at is at a store that sells beauty products. The best is really what type of eye liner that you prefer. Whether you prefer liquid liner or just a pencil. Higher end eye liner is available at department stores like Kohl's, Macy's and Sears. Or you can go to Target and get cheaper eye liner.

-a light/darker/more intense green (then your eye color) shadow/liner
