Upright Wyatt is all for turning in the money, but Logan has other ideas. Soon, however, they're reunited against several common enemies, including a team of overzealous FBI agents. Synopsis

Two Texas Border Patrol guards discover a Jeep buried in the desert containing a man's skeleton, a high-powered rifle, and $800,000 in cash. The money and the man's driver's license are dated from 1963. Before long, the two guards find themselves running for their lives from Federal agents who are determined to kill anyone in connection to the find.

At the end, it is revealed that the driver of the Jeep was the true assassin of John F. Kennedy, not Lee Harvey Oswald, and that the US Government, along with help from the Dallas Police Department, was behind the JFK assassination.
